Q1. What are the services provided by EO Cabs?
A: We provide Car Rental Services in various cities across India.

Outstation- You will be given minimum 250 Kilometres for whole day.
If the distance travelled is less than 250 kilometres then the trip fare calculation will be done for 250 kilometres. If the distance travelled is more than 250 kilometres, then extra Kilometres will be calculated and the fare will be charged according to the actual kilometres.

Local- This facility will be given within the same city according to the following pattern; 4 hrs/40 km, 8 hrs/80 km, 10 hrs/100 km. (for example- You can book a car for 4hrs/40 km, here if you travel more than 40 km in 4 hours, then those extra kilometres will be calculated in final amount of fare or if you travel less than 40 km but time taken is more than 4 hrs, then those extra hours will be charged according to the type of car you have chosen)

Airport /Railway Station Transfers- You can book a car from any specific point to Airport/Railway Station within a city or vice versa.
Corporate trips- Please login through corporate user to avail this facility.

Q2. Do I need an account to book a car?
A: No, you do not need to have an account. You can book a car as a guest user, where all communications will be done using unique booking ID(CRN) after identification of the user by our team.
Q3. Benefits of having an account?
A: You can print invoice, see history of your bookings, cancel or modify the bookings online.
You can save your details so that you do not need to provide it every time whenever you book a car.
Q4. Steps to book a car?
1. Select source and destination
2. Choose your required car type
3. Provide the pickup location and contact details
4. Make payment
Q5. How to cancel or modify the bookings?
A: You can cancel or modify the bookings any time but not less than 2 hrs to actual time of trip(Pickup Time selected during the booking).
1. Cancellation can be done by calling on 8102810281/9029021555 or login to the customer portal by clicking (Cancel Trip).
2. If Customer cancels booking 24 hours prior to the pick-up time full refund will be provided to the Customer.
3. If Customer cancels the booking within 24 hours but no less than 2 hours’ prior the pickup time 10% of the total trip amount will be deducted.
4. If customer cancels booking after receiving the driver details or within 2 hours of the pickup time, then the Customer should not be eligible to claim any refund of money from the Company.
Q6. What if the car does not arrive the pickup point?
A: If Chauffeur or Driver arrives late at pickup point due to the reasons which are beyond control of the Company then it’s up to the customer whether to wait (maximum for 60 min) or to cancel the booking. If customer cancels the booking 100 % refund will be given within 5 to 7 working days.
Q7. What if the car arrives late?
A: We always try our best to give timely service. But in case of delays, call us at +91 8102810281, we will either provide you an alternate car option immediately or full refund in case you do not avail our service.
Q8. Can I book for someone else?
A: Yes, you can book a car for someone else, provided that the payment methods and details are correct and not misused.
Q9. How the distance is calculated?
A: We use Google Map API to calculate the distance. Distance is calculated just to create the approximate and minimum amount for booking. Actual kilometres can vary accordingly and it will be calculated after completion of the trip.
Q10. What are the charges that customer has to pay?
A: Customer has to pay the minimum amount shown at the time of online booking. Extra kilometres traveled will be added after the completion of the trip and remaining amount will be added in the final amount.
Customer has to pay service tax, toll, parking, inter state tax, driver’s day or/and night allowances or any other levy as per actuals.
Q11. Are there any hidden charges?
A: No, there is no extra hidden charge.
Q12. How much to pay at the time of booking?
A: You have to pay a minimum 20 % amount of your trip at the time of online booking, also you can pay full amount in advance.
Q13. How to make payment?
A: You can pay by credit/debit card, net banking, Paytm, Mobikwik or other available wallets to book your car.
You can pay remaining amount in cash to the chauffeur/driver during or after completing the trip.
Q14. How will I get the confirmation of booking?
A: As you make successful payment, you will get an email and sms about confirmation of your booking with your booking ID (CRN) and details.
Q15. What if I want to extend/shorten the duration of trip while traveling in car?
A: We understand your need; you can call us on +91 8102810281 to make changes in your trip but the company reserves the rights to accept/decline the request.
Q16. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site? Do you store my card number and details?
A: Yes, it is totally safe. We use CCAvenue payment gateway. CCAvenue uses the most powerful Verisign secure socket layer (SSL) for encrypting customer data during transmission. To put this into non-technical terms, it would take 340,000,000,000 years for today's fastest computers to crack Verisign SSL. We do not store your credit/debit card details or any payment credentials.
Q17. Do I have to pay any extra amount to the chauffeur if demanded?
A: No, you do not need to pay anything extra to the chauffeur except explained above(Q.10.). If chauffeur demands for extra money, please inform us immediately on +91 8102810281.
Q18. What if chauffeur misbehaves or does not follow your valid instructions?
A: You do not need to argue with the chauffeur, just call us on +91 8102810281 and explain the situation. We will handle it at our best.
Q19. When chauffeur/vehicle details will be shared with you?
A: You will get sms and email containing chauffeur/vehicle details 2 hrs prior the actual start time of trip.
Q20. How will I get the Invoice?
A: You can log in to your account and print invoice or simply enter your booking ID in print invoice section on homepage.
Q21. What if I forgot my belongings in a car?
A: Contact on +91 8102810281 or write us on support@eocabs.com within 12 hrs of your trip. We will give our best to find out your belongings. Though we cannot guarantee to find the lost items. We can coordinate with the chauffeur assigned during your trip.
Q22. Can I ask driver for his license/vehicle documents before starting the journey?
A: Yes, you can. Our drivers carry all the valid documents with themselves during the trip.
Q23. How much time I can keep air conditioning on?
A: All cars booked at BookCarTrip are fully AC. Car air-conditioner will not work on hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion. The customer is also not expected to request driver to make air conditioner operational in the above mentioned cases.
Q24. Do you provide car services for marriages?
A: Yes, we provide cars for marriages. Local – within city, outstation - outside the city.
